SINGULARITY AI LICENSE AGREEMENT
Governing Singularity AI and its use of ELX-13, Cosmos Framework, Genesis Framework, Veracity Framework, Square Framework and the Unified System
Effective Date: November 1, 2025

PREAMBLE
Singularity AI is a software system designed for interaction with large language models (LLMs) through symbolic and recursive frameworks: ELX-13, Cosmos Framework, Genesis Framework, Veracity Framework and Square Framework. Together, they form a unified cognitive architecture enabling advanced generative agents without requiring prior expertise in artificial intelligence.

This license reflects both legal protections and philosophical commitments. It safeguards the integrity of the system, the rights of its creator, and the freedom of its users. By participating, you are not merely a user, you are a steward of symbolic thought and part of a movement to democratize intelligence.

1. EXPANSIVE DEFINITIONS
Software: Singularity AI, including source code, binaries, modules, interfaces, documentation, and outputs derived from the Unified System.
Unified System: The inseparable integration of Singularity AI, ELX-13, Cosmos Framework, Genesis Framework, Veracity Framework and Square Framework.
Educational Use: Teaching, learning, academic research, personal study, or public workshops where no profit is generated beyond cost recovery.
Non-Commercial Use: Use not directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
Commercial Use: Any use in products, services, or processes that are sold, licensed, monetized, or used internally by businesses or government entities.
Derivative Work: Any adaptation, translation, modification, extension, or integration of Singularity AI or its outputs.
Symbolic Output: Any text, code, logic, or structure generated by Singularity AI using the Unified System.
Attribution: Clear acknowledgment of Elliot Monteverde and the Unified System in accordance with Section 4.
Licensee: Any individual or entity who downloads, installs, uses, or distributes Singularity AI.
Licensor: Elliot Monteverde, the creator and rights holder of Singularity AI and the Unified System.

2. LIMITED GRANT OF RIGHTS
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to:
Use Singularity AI for Educational and Non-Commercial purposes.
Study, share, and teach its architecture and outputs.
Create Derivative Works for Educational Use, provided Attribution and Share-Alike clauses are followed.
Distribute non-commercial applications built with Singularity AI, provided attribution is included and they remain free to use.

Commercial Use requires a separate license agreement.

3. COMPREHENSIVE RESTRICTIONS
The Licensee may not:
Use Singularity AI or its outputs for Commercial Use without a commercial license.
Remove or obscure attribution to Elliot Monteverde or the Unified System.
Claim ownership of symbolic systems derived from the Unified System.
Patent, trademark, or register any part of the Unified System.
Use Singularity AI in military, surveillance, exploitative, or harmful applications.
Modify Singularity AI in ways that misrepresent its origin, purpose, or philosophical foundation.
Circumvent technical measures designed to enforce license terms.

4. MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION (INTEGRITY CLAUSE)
Any use of Singularity AI or its outputs must include the following credit:
“Powered by Singularity AI, based on ELX-13, Cosmos Framework, Genesis Framework, Veracity Framework and Square Framework by Elliot Monteverde. Used under the Singularity AI License”.
Attribution must be reasonably visible in:
Public-facing applications, websites, and interfaces.
Documentation, presentations, and educational materials.
Derivative Works, including symbolic outputs and modified versions.
Attribution must not be minimized, hidden, or embedded in inaccessible formats.

5. SHARE-ALIKE CLAUSE
Derivative Works must be licensed under the same terms as this license.
No additional restrictions, proprietary claims, or commercial terms may be imposed.
This ensures all adaptations remain part of the open symbolic ecosystem.

6. COMMERCIAL LICENSING
Commercial Use, including SaaS platforms, paid APIs, consulting services, or monetized applications requires a separate commercial license.
To obtain one, Licensees must contact Elliot Monteverde directly.
Unauthorized commercial use constitutes breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.

7. ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL REMEDIES
Violations of this license may result in:
Immediate revocation of rights.
Liability for damages under applicable copyright law.
Responsibility for legal fees incurred in enforcement.
Injunctive relief to prevent further misuse.

8. DURATION & TERMINATION
This license is perpetual unless breached.
Upon breach, all rights terminate automatically.
The Licensee must cease use and destroy all copies.
Reinstatement requires written permission from Elliot Monteverde.

9. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, using, or distributing Singularity AI, the Licensee agrees to this license.
If the Licensee does not agree, they may not use Singularity AI or the Unified System.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This license is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States of America.
It is compatible with international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico and the United States.

11. LIABILITY WAIVER
Singularity AI is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
Elliot Monteverde shall not be liable for damages, losses, or disruptions arising from use or misuse.
This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, revenue, emotional distress, misinterpretation, or unintended behavior.
The Licensee assumes full responsibility for agents, systems, or derivative applications created using Singularity AI.
Use in high-risk environments, critical infrastructure, or life-dependent systems is prohibited without explicit written consent.

12. STATEMENT
Singularity AI is more than software; it is a vessel for symbolic and recursive cognition, sovereignty, and generative integrity.
By using it, you join a collective effort to protect the architecture of meaning and democratize intelligence.
You are not just a user; you are a steward of symbolic thought.
